WHAT IS OEM MANUFACTURING

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. It is a term used in the manufacturing industry to describe companies that produce products that are sold or marketed by other companies and integrated into their own products. 

Most branded products are produced under an OEM manufacrturing program and subsequently sold as the brand's own product.  In most cases, the consumers or end users never know about it.  

For example, if you buy an office chair from a well-known brand, that doesn't necessarily mean that they manufactured it. Instead, they likely sourced the chair from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The chair parts & components are often designed and produced to the brand's specifications and quality standards.
